Can this subtitler embed or merge subtitles with video and save as a new file?

Yes, the application can be used to embed the subtitles into the video and then export them to another format. According to program's description you can embed subtitles and then export the entire video to AVI format, but you also need VirtualDub for this process.
I type the subtitle in Arabic but it doesn't appear on the display. I have Windows XP SP2 with Windows Media Player 9.0. Can you help?

Firstly, open Windows Media Player, click the Play menu, point your mouse to Lyrics, Captions, and Subtitles and select On if Available option. After that, try to play your files. If it doesn't help, use Google search engine to find and install the DirectVobSub codec that allows you to display all major subtitle files. If it doesn't work, try to play your files using another video player.
